You should be warm-ed up now. We now start getting your HR up to 80%. It's climbing all the way from Km 13.
From here on it's build effort and HR
You should be near your max here. If you see any one ahead of you, catch them up. I'll try and lead you out, but if you are approaching your Max, just sprint your heart out.
I'm hoping Ros and the girls will be hear to cheer you on. We'll continue down the road to the next turn and come back to them to report to Ros. Then we'll go for very gentle ride and home for a big breakky.
