The way points of this bicycle route:
Three small car parks in Marple where you can park your car. Quite a few coffee shops for the end of the ride.
Pretty village next to the river Goyt.
Good climb up Longhurst Lane. Steeper in the last 1/3rd
The A624 can have heavy traffic on week days but it's fairly quiet on Sundays.
Slow climb.
Get ready for a long climb.
Pretty High Peak village.
