This is the route used for the Make-a-Wish 2007 (south-east region) long (56m) route. I completed in a modest 4h33, but our team raised nearly 200 quid for charity.
The route goes through: Aldershot, Church Crookham, Crondall, Well, Long Sutton, Upton Grey, Weston Patrick, Herriard, Bradley, Preston Candover, Old Alresford, New Alresford, Bishop's Sutton, Ropley, Kitwood, Lower Farringdon, Upper Farringdon, West Worldham, East Worldham (fantastic downhill bit), Kingsley, Sleaford, Frensham (nice pond), Millbridge, Tilford, Runfold, Badshot Lea, and back to Aldershot
