This route requires a mtn bike. Ther are side walks on much of it, and parking lots to manuever thru minimizing roads. If stop for a beer, take bike in and lean somewhere. Oneil's-sit outside and put bike in patio. After crockett elementary you'll go off rdoad along big ditch, stay on left, find small trail to left. not much but..., just past bus storage on main go off rd. at ditch, stay on left, keep going, will pass apt. on right on the other side of the ditch. look left to see park(being worked on since Ike).
