Start at MOOseum parking lot in South Germantown Recreation Park

Left on Central Park Circle

Right on paved bike trail just past Spash Park

Cross Schaeffer Rd. Proceed onto Burdette Ln

Right on Black Rock Rd

Cross Great Seneca Creek just before Black Rock Mill (on right).

Begin steep climb out of Great Seneca Creek valley.

Left on Darnestown Rd (Rt 28). Use bike lane on shoulder

Right on Berryville Rd

Right on Seneca Rd (Rt 112). Watch for traffic.

Left on Rileys Lock Rd

Seneca MD

Stop at Riley's Lock on C&O Canal

Left on River Rd. Watch for traffic.

Right on Old River Rd

Pass Pooles General Store on the right

Right on Montevideo Rd

Bear left onto Sugarland Rd at junction.

Cross Partnership Rd

Bear right at junction with Sugarland Ln TRO Sugarland Rd

Right on Hughes Rd

Bear right on Budd Rd

Poolesville MD

Cross Fisher Ave/Whites Ferry Rd (Rt 107). Continue on Spates Hill Rd.

Cross Wooten Ave

Left at entrance to LM Stevens Park

LM Stevens Park

Alternate rest stop location

Right on Spates Hill Rd to continue route.

Right on Wooten Ave

Cross Fisher Ave/Whites Ferry Rd (Rt 107)

Left on W Willard Rd

Left into first driveway for Poolesville HS

Poolesville MD

Stop at Poolesville High School for rest stop. Cutoff for 35 mile route diverges from Metric Century route here.

Left on W Willard Rd to continue 63 mile route after rest stop.

Continue straight on W Offut Rd where Mt Nebo Rd joins W Offut Rd

Right on Edwards Ferry Rd

Left on Club Hollow Rd

Water stop. Right on Elmer School Rd

Right on Whites Ferry Rd. Watch for traffic.

Left on Martinsburg Rd

Bear right onto Wasche Rd

Left on W Hunter Rd

Bear right onto Darnestown Rd (Rt 28). Watch for traffic.

Left on Beallsville Rd (Rt 109) at traffic light.

Left into entrance road for Owens Park

Beallsville MD

Stop at Owens Park for rest stop

Stop and bear left onto Beallsville Rd (Rt 109) after rest stop

Left on Big Woods Rd

Right on Dickerson Rd (Rt 28) and proceed under CSX tracks via underpass (Note: Dickerson Store is 200 ft to the left of this point on Rt 28)

Right on Mt Ephraim Rd (Rt 95)

Sugarloaf Mountain Park

Water stop at Stronghold (Entrance to Sugarloaf Mountain Park is to left at this point). Continue on Comus Rd after stop.

Pass Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard (Wine tasting in season) on left

Cross Old Hundred Rd (Rt 109)

Comus MD

Right on Peach Tree Rd. Extension for 100 Mile Century Route branches off from Metric Century Route at this point and later rejoins here

Cross Barnesville Rd

Right on Sellman Rd (to reach rest stop before returning to route at this point)

Left on Beallvsille Rd (Rt 109). Watch for traffic.

Right into entrance for Barnesville MARC Station parking lot

Barnesville MD

Stop at Barnsville MARC Station for rest stop. Cutoff for 35 mile route rejoins Metric Century route here.

Left onto Barnesville Rd (Rt 109). Watch for traffic.

Right on Sellman Rd

Right on Peach Tree Rd to continue route.

Left on Whites Store Rd

Left on Bucklodge Rd (Rt 117)

Right on Old Bucklodge Ln

Right on White Ground Rd (Rt 121)

Left on Schaeffer Rd

Proceed three-quarters around roundabout on Schaeffer Rd at entrance to South Germantown Recreation Park

Bear right onto Central Park Circle

Bear left into MOOseum parking lot
