Seven Hills to M7 at Kings Langely

The way points of this bicycle route:

Seven Hills

Seven Hills station. There is no easy access at this station and bikes must be carried up and down the stairs. There are ramps fom the top ot the stairs down into the streets on both the north and south side of the station. We are heading north!!

There are some shops here including chinese, newsagency and a minimart

Lucas Rd is not all that busy but be aware that cars do speed downhill from the left and from the corner on the right

Lalor Park

At the end of the cul de sac, go through the fence onto a park with short grasses . Stable for almost all cycle types.

Use footpath to the right

Vardys Rd is a divided road. Watch for gaps in traffic and cross over directly to the other side using the median as a stage and onto the footpath. This will require a quick lift over the gutter.

Kings Langley

On footpath to the left.

The current beginning of the shared pedestrian/cycle path

Left towards the antarctic. To the right is a loop around the northern end of the M7
