L Willandra Rd, exit at second roundabout after descent
Keep right at r'about still in Willandra Rd, then keep left still in W. Rd.

Cross Fisher Rd and enter path.
Exit path L at wooden bridge, join Palara Pl
R Kalora Av
L Billarong Av then straight into Cumberland Av
L Hay St keep left in Hay St
R Ocean Gr, (street sign pointing wrong way here, last time I saw it) Cross Pittwater Rd
R Seaview Pde
Enter what looks like private golf club road. It is not.
Pass launching ramp
Enter gravel walking track through gate
Huge view. Whales in season. Keep going on narrow path
Sandy boardwalk
Soft beach sand for 10m. Need to carry bike over.
Regain solid surface in Long reef car park. Toilets at SLSC. Exit and L Pittwater Rd
L onto bike path, commences just before first house.
Toilets, water rear of SLSC. Shops along strand
L and continue up narrow one-way road

L Griffin Rd
Beach and pool
Keep L for view or R for shortcut
McKillop Pk - water, toilets, view of beach
L Albert St
R Soldiers Av (on downhill run)
L Oliver St
L Pittwater Rd (best to mount f'path and go through bus shelter)
Busy roundabout, get in middle lane really early to go straight ahead. Most traffic turns left.
R Kenneth Rd
L Quirk Rd through park
R Balgowlah Rd, cross Condamine St
R into Pit St 100m then L onto path
Bike path start -- close to barrier wall
Tunnel under main road, sharp turns - steep ramp
Cross road or exit for Spit Bridge
Cross road
Path runs near road but continue on bike path
Exit bike path -- R into Baringa Av
Cross over dog-leg intersection and uphill into Lister Ave to end.
Right onto busy Wakehurst P'way. Uphill to Oval and finish
