Alternate: to go underneath both the Walkway and the Mid-Hudson Bridge, continue straight south on Oakes Rd, then turn around and come back the same way.
Alternate: to take the sidewalk of the Mid-Hudson Bridge instead of the Walkway: instead turn left on (unsigned) Haviland Rd going south to its end.
