The way points of this bicycle route:
Start by the canal braidge
After a couple of hundred yards past the boat yard, turn right onto the tow path.
Around this point there is a tunnel. You go of to the left and follow the track across the field. It is very well defined so you cannot go wrong! Its a drag up the field but then you are rewarded with a great twisty track back down to the towpath. You are now on the other side of the afore mentioned towpath.
See if you can ride up the steps of this bridge?
Exit tow path up to the road - CARE
Some where up here is a turning to the right, it is very easy to spot.
Turn left and right onto another track
Fingers crossed you should now be at the top of Rose Hill?
CARE - Steep descent
Just before sharp right hand bend there is a track to your right, this is your route
Great descent, but watch for rocks!
Over the Rubery By-Pass bridge.
Once at the summit turn right thro the gate then descend the grassy field.
CARE - turn right and up the main road to the top, horrible climb!
CARE - Steep descent, bad corner towards the bottom. Very slippey in the wet
Listen for on coming vehicles, very steep 1:5.
Mind the gravel on the last bit of this road
Hopefully you have made it safely to this point? Turn right and start the climb back up again!
Tale left hand fork and on to the 1:5 upwards bit!!!
You will see a carpark on your right hand side? Turn left on the hill side and continue upwards!
Stop here at the bench and take in the views before the best descent of the day. CARE - please watch for other users of the track! CARE - there are quite a few nasty drainage ruts running across the track.

Sorry, but another 1:5 climb again!
CARE - can be a lot of traffic?
Turn left opposite the pub
Nasty junction, turn right but be very careful as you cannot see traffic coming from the right - LISTEN?
Traffic lights, straight over
As its been a while since we did any climbing.........
CARE - bad bend, listen for traffic and mind the gravel on the actual corner!
