Liberty, Missouri

Starting at the Clay County Missouri Courthouse square. There is a great farmer's market here during the spring/summer/fall. Buy some fruit for the trip.

Turn Right onto N Gallatin St

N Gallatin turns into Nashua Road.

Turn left onto Glen Hendron Drive. Watch for increased traffic here.

This is a traffic light stop. Heavy traffic can be present at times on M291. Take a right here.

There is a series of 3 traffic lights here. Go straight through them all. Heavy traffic here at times.

Take a left onto NE 96th St

Kansas City, MO

Take a left again to stay on NE 96th St. The first part of this road is divided but will come down to two lanes in about 1 mile.

Two-lane traffic begins about here and the road narrows substantially. There is no center stripe.

There is a one-lane bridge here. Watch for on-coming traffic.

A couple of quick/steep climbs are coming up. Be prepared.

Take a left here onto N Woodland.

Take Right on NE 106th St

Take a right onto busy North Oak Trafficway. Watch for high traffic. Take an immediate left on NE 108th Terrace (1st street on the left).

Left here to avoid traffic

Turn right on Main

Turn left on NE 108th St. Watch for traffic coming over the hill

Traffic light at Highway 169. Are you ready for some hills?

There is a funky traffic light here. Watch out for those would run this light.

The good news is the hills are over for a few miles. Take a right.

Ferrelview, MO

Take a left onto Cookingham and then an immediate right to get onto Interurban/Heady Ave

Take a left for some more hills.

Your first hill. Don't forget to smile while climbing! :-)

Take a right here. The post speed limit is 55MPH but the road is only lightly traveled. There can be dump truck traffic at times.

Left here onto Mexico City Ave. Airport traffic can be a bit unpredictable at times.

Right onto NW Praire View Road.

Turn right at this stop sign

Platte City, MO

Turn left here for a stop at the C-Store for a re-fuel and restroom break.

Take a left here onto M92. Heavy traffic is usually present here. Be cautious and ride on the paved shoulder if needed to avoid traffic.

Traffic light here.

Take a right here onto Marshall Road

There is a funky 3-way stop here. Yeild to vehicle traffic and wave.

Platte City, MO

You made it. The court house is on your right. Your odometer should read approximately 28 miles. Reverse course to get back.
