you can go under the bridge here and follow the path. I prefer cars to joggers though so stay on road.
busy road but there is a bike lane. Watch for car doors around the golf course
turn right onto the path, a bit tricky in heavy traffic as it's down hill. Might be easier to pull over and wait for a gap.
