The way points of this bicycle route:
Traffic is heavier here.
Take the left to climb a short steep hill and head back to town. See Lewiston Loop map.
Take the left up Web Ridge. The right takes you up a long climb into the Waha Mts. Pavement ends just past the store (closed-2007))
Long descent. Enjoy
We'll turn left here. Turning right takes you to CuldeSac and the Winchester Century
Grocery, convenience store, cafe. Take your choice. Cycle friendly community.
Take a left through the park and back out to 95. You'll cut about 5 miles off your distance.
Busy but wide shoulders back to Lewiston. Watch for road debris.
A right turn takes you out to Kendrick. See Kendrick Century
15 miles back to the Southway boat launch.
Get away frm the traffic, give your leges a break from the steady rhythm of highway riding. Take this series of frontage roads for variety.
Convenience store makes a good break. It is 10 miles from Southway Boat Launch
This one takes you off the higway quite a ways.
Look out for pavement wrinkle right where a cyclists wants to be on this corner
Watch for merging traffic on your right. Seriously!
If traffic is light and there are several of you, you can stay on the road. Otherwise I strongly recommend taking this right.
Cross this road to get to the sidewalk for crossing the bridge.
Look for the handicap access on the sidewalk across the intersection. Watch for traffic from everywhere.
This is a public alley. Watch out for the bad railroad tracks on the other end.

Just stay on the trail back to Southway.
You can walk your bike up the steps and ride over to the Washington side. Nice shaded bike path if you drop under the bridge on the Clarkston side.
