(Recommend walking) You will travel through four city, Lansing, Calumet City, Village of Burnham, and Chicago. Along the way you will pass and see some beautiful sites. This is a 25 mile One-way trip. I grew up in the area, and use to ride to the loop often, before bike paths, or routes. We stayed in Lansing, Motels much, much cheaper. I and one other person rode this rout and it was great. There are great places to stop and look around. Our journey started at 8 AM, which took 4 ½ hours stopping on the way before arrive in the Loop area. We departed after lunch at 1 PM, and stopped only for water and personal, took us 2:15 to get back.
