There is a bike path along Roland from Lake to 36th St
Turn Right onto 36th St
Turn Left onto Falls Rd
Stay on Falls Road and continue down below ramp
Turn Left, continuing on Falls Rd
Turn right onto Maryland Ave and go over the bridge
Turn left onto Mt. Royal which curves around to the right and becomes Guilford Rd. Watch for traffic coming off 83 on Guilford.
Turn Left at Centre St. Then right onto Fallsway. Map shows Fallsway as being one-way in the opposite direction but this is incorrect. It is two-way at this point.
Turn Left onto Gay St. Work your way behind the post office to avoid the busy intersection at Fayette and President St.
