On the southside of Melrose immediately east of Normandie is some of the most harrowing and seemingly never-resolved and ever-worsening potholes in the city. Occasionally the city's Bureau of Street Services will fill in the holes with asphalt but the result is uneven and extremely dangerous. It's time for BOSS to quit applying a short-term bandage to this wound and elect to perform surgery that will make this corner safer to traverse.by wildbell
