Breakfast at cafe in square (in sun)
Road turns into farm track
Excellent quick run into Almeneches
Lunch at station restaurant. Only place open Sunday lunch. Good 3 course set meal. Clouds opened while we had lunch. Sun came out in tie for us to leave.
Top of log slow climb. Excellent road surface makes it quite painless
Hotel not where address suggested. A bit out of town
