The way points of this bicycle route:
You may start from any part of the city. This is where I leave (sometimes)
Follow the road to Panagia, since it is a lot safer, dodging some traffic
Watch for traffic. Turn right to the node, and a few hundred meters later, left towards the highway that leads to Vatero
Turn left to Argilos
From now on, there's a recently-built bike road!
Floowing the bike road, continue to Argilos
When you've reached the center, turn right towards Vatero (currently, there is no sign whatsoever). A bit steep from now on, lower some gears!
To the left, you can see some military installation. Turn right following the downhill dirtroad. Prepare for some breaking!
You just reached the village of Vatero. Not much to see here, I guess. Watch out for the playing kids.
Watch the traffic here. Carefully cross the road and find your way to the one that leads to Kila
Prepare for a long flat route
This is a slightly uphill route (you may not even notice), watch your speed, saving strength
Turn left here to a dirtroad just to make things a bit more interesting
Carefully make your way through the highway to the always-under-construction node that leads to Ptolemaida
Turn right here... up the hill! Save strength... Keep to the right
Take some illegal photos of the military installation to the right, and quickly head back to the city
5% steep route...
Getting close to the city traffic, watch for drivers who've never seen a biker before...
Back to base. Get some energy drinks
