The way points of this bicycle route:
When there is heavy traffic, you may have trouble cutting to the rightmost lane. Consider taking Philips Avenue instead, where the traffic lights allow you to reach the rightmost lane safely.
Take the middle lane to turn right
Beware extremely dangerous filter. MAKE YOURSELF VISIBLE HERE.
There tends to be a lot of debris along this stretch
Lornie Road provides a shortcut but I find it unsafe.
It is near impossible to filter right to make this turn when traffic is heavy.
Less lazy and braver souls might want to take the flyover; I'd rather wait at the traffic lights.
this traffic light can be irritatingly long
At around 7am on school days, these junctions are a little dangerous due to a large number of parents driving in to NYPS.
Beware uncaring NYPS parents cutting in front of you to turn left in the early morning
This lets you bypass the NYPS jam on King's Road and Coronation Road
It's difficult to filter right here, even in the early mornings. If you can't, then you have to take TWO pedestrian crossings.
Whee! Downhill past the glum commuters at the worst bus stop in Singapore. They tend to stare at you.
There is a depression in the left lane here that cannot be easily seen unless it is filled with water. Avoid unless you like bruised crotches
IMCB bike rack, decently sheltered. Bike racks at Nanos and Helios much better sheltered though.
