Pass under railway - low headroom
Now signed as NCN 14 Keelmans Way - loop up and back over rail bridge over R. Derwent

Turn left - path very narrow under rail bridge
Turn right and use light controlled crossings
Join cycle track
Join shared use path alongside road
Beware of gaurd dog !!
Continue on shared use path
Follow path between riverbank and bus only road
Beware of fishermen blocking the path
Turn left on Pipewelgate
Bear right and use shared use path up to traffic lights
Cross over at lights

Join off-road tarck
Turn right up steep hill
Diversion due to land restoration works
Ruins of Friars Goose Pumping Station on left
End of diversion - Turn right to join off-road track
Rejoin road
Pass through bollards
