Katoomba

Get off Train at Katoomba

turn right down Katoomba St

go straight ahead

turn right into panorama Drive

right into echo point rd

have a quick stop at echo point for a gaze at the three sisters.

there will be many good views along the way (the reason for riding through the back of katoomba)

turn left here into leura mall.

leura

turn right onto railway prd.

turn left onto grt wstrn highway. caution. You can follow highway all the way to blaxland park if you have alot of experience with riding on busy roads. Small amount of shoulder is provided for most of the highway

turn right into sinclair cres. caution

wentworth

be carefull to take the right turns.

bullburra

left onto loftus st

lawson

cross over the highway

hazelbrook

woodford

turn right onto highway. There should be roomy shoulder

faulkonbridge

turn right to get off the highway. experienced riders may contrinue along higway.

springwood

warrimoo

cross over highway

blackheath

people choosing to take the highway option, must get off the highway and proceed down leighton ave. There is a big sign directing people to lennox bridge.

lennox bridge - oldest bridge

go straight ahead onto great western highway.

head left up castlereagh rd to avoid penrith traffic

penrith

turn right into jane street

get train home! you have just decended from 1000m to 30m
