The Swifts

Gothic revival, 1872. Built by Tooths family and onsold to Reschs family.

Boomerang

Spanish Mission mansion of three levels designed by Neville Hampson, 1926 for Frank Albert, sheet music/harmonica millionaire. Inter-war Spanish Mission style (c.1915-c.1940)

Elizabeth Bay House

1835, John Verge designed for Gov. Alexander McLeay and family. Greek Revival villa with a centralised Palladian layout with two levels

Tusculum

1831, Tusculum, Potts Point, built for Alexander Brodie Spark.

Rockwall

1830, Regency, for John Busby, onsold to Hamilton Sempill.

St James Church

Designed by Francis Greenway 1819. Chancel and vestries added by John Verge, 10 years later.

Rum Hospital/The Mint

1811, the southern wing of a three wing General Hospital and Dispensary converted to mint in 1854.

Museum of Sydney/Government House

Site of Rum Rebellion, 26 January 1808. The only successful armed rebellion in Australia. A conflict between John Macarthur and Governor William Bligh

Police and Justice Museum

1854, Designed by Edmund Blacket. Police house adjoining magistrates court.

Customs House

1844, originally a two story Georgian design by Mortimer Lewis.

Jack Mundy Place

Named for Jack Mundy of the Builders Labourers Federation who instigated 'Green Bans' first at Hunters Hill which gave birth to Green Partys world wide.

Millers Point House

1836, Georgian Townhouse.

Lyndhurst

1833, Regency. Former location of Historic Houses Trust

Toxteth Estate

1829. Toxteth Park was a rectangular two-storey block with single-storey wings, a stone-flagged verandah on two sides, with the kitchen and servants' quarters behind.
