The way points of this bicycle route:
Start at the Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride
The sidewalk becomes a bike/ped trail
Follow the trail down the hill
The trail connects to the road
Turn onto East Lake Sammamish Pkwy. This section by the Home Depot and the Fred Meyer is the most trafficky. It's gets better as you get further north.
If you have a mountain bike or don't mind riding gravel, you can ride the path all the way up to Redmond. It is a little ways west of the Parkway. But the Parkway is faster and smoother and has good shoulders for most of the way.
You'll stay on the Parkway all the way to Redmond.
Turn Left on NE 65th to go to Marymoor Park
Follow the main road through Marymoor Park.
Left onto W Lake Sam. Pkwy.
Go straight (up hill) becomes Bel-Red Road
Right on 40th
Left on 163rd
