Starting at Rockridge BART, head towards Berkeley on College Ave, to Chabot

Turn right onto Chabot

Veer left and head up the hill on Roanoke

Turn right onto The Uplands

Turn right onto Tunnel Rd (stay in the bike lane)

Stay in the left lane and turn left into the large intersection for Caldecott/Spy Glass

Take a left towards Tunnel Rd

Take a left, inhale deeply and climb that crazy hill on Hiller Dr

Rt on Charing Cross

Left on Sherwick

Left on Bristol and follow it through as it becomes Buckingham and Norfolk

Right on Marlborough

Take a left onto Grizzly and head toward's Claremont

Left onto Claremont - descend to the bottom

Right onto Russell

Left onto Piedmont

Right onto Dwight

Left on Prospect and follow it to the stadium and stay to the right to get to Centennial

Right onto Centennial and start climbing

Take a right onto Grizzly Peak

Take right onto Skyline and descend Tunnel
