Hills and towpath south of Bath

This is my favourite loop. I usually ride it anti-clockwise (and I think I prefer it anti-clockwise), but here I'm going clockwise. From Saltford to Bath you're on the Bristol-Bath cycle path (flat). After riding through Bath you follow the towpath (flat) to Dundas Aqueduct (near Monkton Combe). After that it's mostly on country lanes, with some challenging climbs.by Danny Colyer
