The way points of this bicycle route:

The Hammer

Take a puff of your inhaler

Escarpment Rail Trail

The easiest way up the "mountain"

Lotsa bugs fly into your mouth and eyes

Nice view of Hamilton here.

You exit the escarpment trail and take mud st. east bound, then pritchard southbound, stone church westbound then at the corner of stonechurch and dartnall take you'll see a the trail on the south west corner. Really small shoulders that are in poor shape

Back on to the rail trail, the Chippewa trail I think its called

Rail Trails are really straight, but safe.

The gravel near the end of the trail is soft so if you don't have a mountain bike be careful.

Caledonia

Have some Chineses food!!!

The Grand River

catch a fish.

Roads were ok, not a lot of traffic

Hagersville

Cheapside road had a bit of traffic that significantly eased up on the south side of HWY #3. This section has rolling hills, nothing too crazy though.

Selkirk Provincial Park

Welcome to Selkirk, Campsites 7 and 8 were pretty good in terms of privacy.
