See "Gus the bear, eat some great pizza and view local art.
Pick up a deli sandwich or ice cream cone for your picnic.
Take road to the west to the Salmon River Harbor, great place for picnic
Park your bike and stroll the beach. At low tide you will see eagles and hike several miles. Walk west to the Salmon River or east and see if you can find the wild strawberry patch.
Great views of Glacier Bay. If you look closely you may see whale blows in the distance. Or the resident seal may pop his head up.
