This is one of my favorite loops. Don't try with a road bike, must at least have a hybrid. The route goes through the under construction parts of the downtown greenway. It also goes through the woods for about a mile. You have to walk your bike on a steep hill at the end of natchez trace in order to avoid riding on pisgah church rd. You may have to walk your bike up the hill that leads to the short path through the woods that connects the allen tate parking lot on green valley with the guilford hills neighborhood. Lots of riding on greenways, parks, and through new and old irving park.by Western Grizzlin
