The Four Coves and a Mountain is a scenic urban 200k brevet loop out of North Vancouver. The route takes you through ten cities along several waterways - Burrard Inlet (both coastlines), Pitt River, Fraser River, English Bay (both coastlines - bluffs of UBC, Jericho Beach,Stanley Park, and Marine Drive of West Vancouver). A 27k climb from Whytcliff Park up Cypress Mountain (4-7% grade) earns a well-deserved, exhiliarating and prolonged descent to complete the brevet.by tracypaul
