The way points of this bicycle route:
Not my "true" startpoint since I start at my house but this is good 'nuff. The endpoint of this trek is the light rail station at Iron Point in Folsom, so you can either cycle back here to your car or just take the light rail back to your car here from Iron Point. This parking lot is patrolled, so your car should be ok.
Turn Left. You will have to lay your bike down on the sensor or wait for a car to turn left.
It is best to get off the bike and walk it across the tracks. The angle really sucks.. it can be done but not easily.
Turn left here, Center turn lane if you dare, cross and cross if not.
Not so bad but there is debris on the other side in the bike lane.

Turn right, STAY RIGHT!!!! Fast movers...
Go Straight
There is a park and ride here. You can also hop onto the Folsom South Canal here to the left (North) it will take you all of the way to Hazel (the Hathery). Right (South) will take you to Sloughhouse.

Turn Right, That is what I did... oooorrr, you can turn left and then turn right on Prairie City Rd...but then, this map is not here to show you that route, just this one, so pay attention!

End of the Line! This is also a park and ride, How about that. You can either pay $2 and take the LRT back to Power Inn or Cycle Folsom Blvd back Or... right across the street (Folsom) is the bike trail.
