There is a reasonable bike lane over the bridge, but it's a bit treacherous getting to it.
You'll stay in SR222 all the way to Greve: all the way to Siena, in fact, if you want to go that far.
Greve is not the nicest town in Tuscany by a long shot, but it's got some good restaurants and wonderful agritourismos just outside of town.
