Starts in downtown Southport, CT, but east coast greenway gives suggestions all the way from New Haven. Created by cobling together the East Coast Greenway suggestions ( http://www.greenway.org/maps/googlemaps.htm ) with personal experience and the NY City bike map ( http://home2.nyc.gov/html/dot/html/bicyclists/bikemaps.shtml ). I haven't actually tried it, and probably won't for at least a year, so if anyone can vouch for sections or has done the whole thing please say something in the comments.
