Just go with the motors rather than going pedestrian.
Take care bike lane ends, you will have to deal with traffic here no matter what.
I just usually just wait for the traffic light to go green. Gives me a small breather especially when it's 112 F outside.
Usually if you hit a red at the highway. You will likely hit a green here if you just coast down from the overbridge.
This part can be really taxing because you are heading straight into some really hot headwind. Otherwise, traffic free... go crazy.
