The way points of this bicycle route:
Enmore Theatre... landmark.
Heavy traffic! I usually chicken out here and go pedestrian at the lights...
Busy, but a lot of traffic calming. Good to ride, watch for car doors.
Cleveland street is busy, this crossing seems to have its share of red-light-running trucks.
Watch for buses coming in from Jones St and students with iPods...
Cheat by crossing with the pedestrians. There is/was a short bike lane on Ultimo Rd.
The start of a long glorious bike lane, all the way to the Pyrmont Bridge. Watch for trucks parked in the lane near the convention centre... grrr...
I usually use the pedestrian lights to cross to the bridge here. Watch for crazy taxis and gamblers!

Traffic can be heavy, but usually slow.
Traffic lightens up a lot here.
