At the Amtrak station cross the bridge over the tracks (climb stairs)
R (N) on Shellmound
Enter Aquatic park, continue N
Take the bridge over I-80
L (N) on frontage road, then L (W) on University
R (N) Marina Blvd
L (N) frontag eroad bike pah
L (W) Gilman then curve R (N) onto Buchanan
Go thru parking lot for Golden Gate Fields
At NW corner of lot, turn R (E) on Buchanan
L on frontage road bike path just E of freeway
join Bay Trail
Cross Central Ave at CostCo, go kitty corner to path on E side of frontage rd.
L (SW) at Richmond Marina Bay Trail,
Trail ends at Sheridan Point park, go N up Marina Way.
L (W) at Hall
Hall ends; R (N) on Harbour Way
L (W) on Wright
Wright ends; R (N) on 4th St.
L (W) on Cutting, then R (N) on 2nd
R (E) onto Richmond Greenway, just after Ohio St.
Grrenway ends, go S on sidewalk to Ohio, then go R (W) Ohio, and immed. L (S) 22nd Street
L (E) Maine Ave
Maine ends; NE cross tracks & Carlson Blvd, continue on Pullman.
L (N) 33rd St
R (E) Ohio Ave (don't cross the ped bridge)
Ohioi ends for now; continue E on ped bridge that crosses over tracks and then under freeway
R (SE) San Pablo, the L (E) Ohio, then R (SE) Ohlone Greenway
El Cerrito Del Norte BART
El Cerrito Plaza BART
BART goes underground; Take Peralta S, cross Hopkins, look for path to pick up.
Go through/around Cedar Rose park
Cross Cedar St, find path. Will veer SE.
L (E) Virginia, Rt (S) BART driveway
R (S) California
