East Don Trail
by JHGRedekop

The way points of this bicycle route:

This is where the finished trail ends and the gravel & dirt trail takes over.

Much of the trail from here is not really ridable on a recumbent, but is fine for mountain bikes.

From here on, there are many mountain bike bridges and ramps. Very well made, but not for recumbents. Bikely won't render the twists and turns of the path, though.

At this point, I decided I'd had enough of carrying a recumbent up and down mountain bike trails, and bailed.

Route Details

Recently, the city built a bridge from the Taylor Creek access road to the dirt trail along the East Don, so I decided to explore. It turns out that the trail there is heavily used by mountain bikers (lots of great ramps and bridges built), but not that good for recumbents.
