The way points of this bicycle route:
moderate rolling hills here. get speed on the downhills so you don't have to work as hard to get up the other side!
nice long downhill here. get into your aero tuck and maintain your speed as it leads to a long gradual uphill.
nice stretch of flats mixed with small rollers. expect some headwinds.
Keep going. (FYI - the road you are passing here is the entrance to the Concreteman Triathlon transition area. There is a white church to your left.)
the right hand turn will be right after the school. don't miss it!
watch your speed, there's a quick zig-zag here.
steep downhill here with a sharp left hand turn at the bottom. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
short stretch here and then a quick steep uphill. downshift before you hit the hill so you maintain a high cadence.
shift into a low gear and spin the legs out if you have a run coming next. otherwise, hammer it to finish the race!
