This is the beginning of the marked trail. Unfortunately there is no contiguous path, gravel or otherwise, linking this to the upper Darebin trail from Epping. Some day, maybe.....
Cross bridge, then road. Path continues on right bank.
Take path under kinsbury Drive then corkscreup to the right and cross bridge via shared foot bath. Trail continues on the left bank.
Follow path to the Right under Plenty road then corkscrew up and cross river on shared footpath.
Continue Straight. Latrobe Uni is off to the left
Left here across the bridge
Straight ahead (Northland to the Left)
Path is again disrupted. Continue down hill along back street to re-join the trail.
Cross Darebin Rd with care, path continues on opposite side.
Keep to the right here. Left leads to the bridge across to Ivanhoe
Trail currently ends here. Continue down St to Alphington station.
