Dale's high elevation training ride

The start is an easy hill, up old taos hiway, turning into a narrow, paved bike path. Then onto Camino Encantado for some rolling hills - great interval work. Go up Bishops Lodge for a block and again a gentle down hill down Barranca Road. Then get ready for that 3-chainring climb up Sierra del Norte. You can go back down into down by turning around, going back Hyde Park Road (busy with cars) or returning Bishop's Lodge road. Your training will improve quickly and dramatically with this lunch-time ++ ride.by dkronkright
