The way points of this bicycle route:
I like to start at PC High School. Parking for those who must drive; bus-stop there for those who can grab the bus.
L on Bonanza. For Park City, this qualifies as a hectic intersection, so be careful. I personally witnessed a red-light-runner total another car here.
L - Deer Valley Drive. DV Drive is trafficked, but wide, with decent curb/shoulder space. If you're nervous, or if traffic looks nuts, you can grab the walk/bike path instead.
Roundabout. Circle this about 240 degrees to continue on Deer Valley Drive toward Deer Valley Resort. Do NOT stay on 224 (Marsac).
R - Hard right (switchback, really) onto Royal St. Now the climbing begins!
You have freedom of choice: you can either continue "straight" onto Royal St E, or hard right onto Royal St W. I usually go right.
Completes the Silver Lake Lodge loop.
L - Veer left, staying on Royal, up toward Silver Lake Lodge.
Nice place for a beer and some food, if you like. Also, you can jump onto the outstanding mountain biking trail network here.
R Deer Valley Drive - descent continues.
R - Park Avenue.
L - Stay left through this intersection, staying on Park Av (224). Gradual, fast descent follows. Watch for driveways on the right!
Straight through this (new) light. Watch for traffic from right (Meadows Dr).
Wide shoulder here, but much crap in the road. Watch out! I've flatted through here before.
R - Old Ranch Road. Off of trafficked roads, onto rural. Lovely part of town.
R - Trailside. After rolling hills on Old Ranch, now a bit of a climb (very civilized and pleasant - hammer this one!)
L - Silver Summit. Nice soccer fields off to the right here. If you're lucky, you can stop and watch for a bit.
R - Frontage Road. Creatively named, Frontage Road is just that. Rolling hills, decent shoulder, minimal traffic.
R - 248. Busy interchanges here peri the freeway. Be careful!
National Ability Center is off to the right, where coaches work with disabled folks.
Done!

Nice daily training ride, with a decent climb and then some rolling hills so you can air it out.
