Begin at old city center.
After you cross the river on Route 137, Cycle Track 11 joins Route 137 briefly in Horky. From here, follow signs for Cycle Track 11 until it ends at the village of Lom, where Cycle Track 12 begins.
Turn left to proceed on Cycle Track 11.
Railroad crossing.
Cycle Track 11 ends here. Continue on Cycle Track 12.
Cycle Track 12 crosses Cycle Track 1171 in Zelec. Continue south on Cycle Track 12.
Intersection, after crossing a body of water, with Route 135 and Cycle Track 1136. Cycle Track 12 turns left onto Route 135.
Intersection with Route 159. Cycle Track 12 turns right onto Route 159.
Cycle Track 12 leaves Route 159. Proceed on Cycle Track 12.
Cycle Track 12 turns right at Zálši. Cycle Track 1133 crosses here. The Rozmberk Greenway trail diverges here, turning east towards Veselí nad Lužnicí. Continue on Cycle Track 12.
Continue straight on Cycle Track 12. Cycle Track 1133 intersects here.
Cycle Track 12 turns left towards Dolni Bukovsko.
Intersection with Route 147 and Cycle Track 1132.
Cycle Track 12 turns left off Route 147 and continues south.
A short ascent, about 100 meters vertical, into Radonice.
Cycle Track 12 intersects with Cycle Track 1160
Cycle Track 12 turns west south of Radonice.
Proceed downhill on Cycle Track 12 through a river valley, towards the Vlatava River.
Route 12 emerges from wooded area.
Intersection. Turn left to continue on Cycle Track 12.
Begin descent into river gorge.
Cycle Track 12 descends into a gorge and follows the east bank of the Vltava (Moldau) River.
Intersection with Route 146. Turn right to proceed on Cycle Track 12.
Bridge over the Vltava River.
Hloboka has a Jewish cemetery. At this point, take a brief detour off Cycle Track 12 to visit the site, or alternately, continue on Cycle Track 12.
Pass old Jewish cemetery.
Proceed south on Cycle Track 12A along Route 105.
Cycle Track 12A crosses Route 105.
Cycle Track 12A turns left off Route 105 to rejoin Cycle Track 12.
Cycle Track 12 leaves road and crosses a small stream, then bends toward the Vltava River.
Railroad crossing.
Follow Cycle Track 12 along the west bank of the Vltava River into České Budĕjovice.
Bridge. Cycle Track 12 proceeds under a highway bridge (E45/E55) towards the old city center.
Cross Vltava River and continue along the east bank.
End at city center. The city center is full of one-way streets. Follow cycle route signs towards central plaza area. The Jewish cemetery is located about 1 km northeast of the city center, on the other side of the railraod tracks, in Safránek. It is in a tiny wooded lot that is surrounded by industrial buildings.

Join with Cycle Track 11 immediately outside of Tabor. A few miles south of Tabor, Cycle Track 12 begins. The Route mostly follows minor paved roads. This is the EuroVelo 7 proposed route. The Rozmberk Greenways loop is longer, and included the towns of Veseli nad Luznici and Lomnice.
