The way points of this bicycle route:
Begin at the intersection of E443 and Route 286, south of the city center.
After Staré Misto, turn left onto Route 510.
Turn right on Českých bratří.
Intersection on the right with Na Samoté. Continue west on Českých bratří.

Boundary between Královéhradecký and Středočeský provinces.
Intersection with Route 279. Proceed southwest on Route 279 towards Mcely.
After Prodasice, this route passes through a famous region of central Bohemia known as the St. George Forest, following a prominent geological feature known as the Loucensky ridge. At times there are dramatic views of the valley below, to the south and east.
Intersection with road to Sovolusky.
Intersection. The village center is to the east.
Mcely, located in the St. George Forest, has been occupied since the Bronze Age. Chateau Mcely, a renovated manor house, and the gothic style St. Wenceslas Church (1352, but rebuilt in the 17th century after a fire), overlook the village of Mcely. The former manor house is now a luxurious hotel and retreat center.
Turn right and proceed on Route 275 for approximately 400 meters. Most of the village of Mcely is located down the hill.
Turn left
The village is located downhill, to the left.
Loučeň is situated on a ridgetop above a valley to the south and east. As you approach the town, Loučeň Chateau with its famous Labyrintharium (a complex of mazes), is to the left, offering the best view in town.
After passing the chateau, turn right towards Vlkava.
Route 38 is the major north-south road through Vilkava. Turn left on Route 38.
About 100 meters south of Loucenska, turn left on Nadražni. Continue on Nadražni as it curves to the right and then follows the south shore of a reservoir, immediately to the west of the village of Vlkava.
Railroad crossing. The village of Čachovice is on the right, immediately after the reservoir. Continue west on Lipnická.
About 2 kilometers after Lipnik, turn left and descend about 50 meters into the town of Milovice, situated in the valley of the Mlynařice River.
Turn left on Route 332.
Route 332 (Zahradní) turns sharply as it passes the church and a small train station. Most of the town is north of and above the roadway.

Route 332 ends at Lysá nad Labem. Route 272 is the north-south highway through the town. Turn left on Route 272 and proceed into the town center to the junction with Route 331.
Turn right onto Route 331 and proceed west on Route 331 towards.
Route 331 turns to the right. Continue on Route 331 towards Prague.

A 92 km route, mostly along minor roads, through the St. George Forest of Bohemia. For much of the distance, it follows a geological feature known as the Loucensky Ridge. Except for the approaches to Prague, traffic should be light.
