The way points of this bicycle route:

Curtis Park

Curve around the top of Curtis Park, then onto 26th Street.

Go around the traffic triangle. Be wary of traffic com

Tricky section. Mind the traffic triangle and traffic coming from around the soundwall at 11 o'clock and up 4th at 5 o'clock. If you're lucky, the train signal will be down and holding cars on 21st Street.

Lots of cars parked along the cemetary. Take the lane here.

Midtown

Beware the right hook from cars wanting to turn right onto X. Recommend taking the lane.

Q Street is at the top of the rise. Put it in the big ring and take the lane at traffic speeds. 25 mph should be good timing for the lights on the remaining trip.

Start thinking about transitioning to the left lane.

Downtown

Sidewalk along Capitol Park is a designated bike path. Mind the pedestrians.

State Capitol
