Use overpass to cross Victoria Rd.
Use switchback to climb from Quartermaster Dr to Jones St.
Steep descent. Rough pavement, potholes on curves.
Leave Murray St for Pyrmont Bridge.
Turn off bridge onto cycle way.
Leave cycleway for Sussex St.
Beware of raised sections/ old rails.
Use walk way for 50m to avoid one way.
Steep climb.
Turn onto Cahill Expressway. (Not as bad as it sounds).
Keep left. Take tunnel to Cowper Wharf Road exit.

Cut through Rushcutters Bay park. Beware of dogs walking their humans!

Road becomes narrow on the bend. Beware speeding traffic!
Start of 'heartbreak hill' climb. Long hill with winding road.
Nice downhill to Nielsen park. Road is narrow watch for traffic.
Go past boom gates into reserve for a swim and food at Nielsen Park.
There is a Kiosk here that does nice food and coffees.
Walk down steps and use footbridge to cut across Parsely Bay.
Cut through park to ferry wharf
Ferry back to Circular Quay.
