There's a path to the left that takes you under the beltline. Very convenient.
The easiest way to get on to Broadway is to go down to the Park and Ride intersection and turn around.
Broadway has a good bike lane
Meet up with Capital City Trail
Left on to Wingra Creek Trail
Under the bridge
Turn left and head to the arboretum. Very nice stretch of the ride.
