The way points of this bicycle route:
City View Park is open from Sun Rise to Sun set, has locked gates. There is plenty of free parking
Has cross walk and light but, separate turning lanes Be cautious.
There is a cross walk, but no light.
There is no cross walk at this intersection. Paved bike route starts again across the street.
Watch for right turning cars. There are cross walks, and lights, but drivers sometime for get to yield the right of way.
Princess Ann road is an eight lane road, and the light only gives you 17 seconds to cross.
There is a cut off paved bike path you can take at this point along the electrical power lines.that will connect you to South Rosemount bike path. If you miss it, continue to Rose mount, you cam pick the bike route at the light.
Left on Dam neck Rd. Follow Bike Route
Make left on London Bridge extension which will turn in to London Bridge. Stay on bike route.
The paved bike route parallels the US Naval base. At times you may see Navy jets landing or taking off. Site to see.
Warning: No cross walks, but has a cross walk light installed. Be cautious.
You may see several types of birds in this area, Egrets, Ospreys, fish and turtles, etc…
On top of the bridge you will be able to see the many beautiful boats along the docks.
You will see a sign "pedestrians’ crossing". Turn right, this is the start of the First landing State park bike path
Walkers, runners, and bikers use the path
Back entrance of park, will take you to Atlantic Ave
Stay on service road, little to no cars. It will turn into a paved bike path. Look for sign.
At the junction of Pacific and Atlantic Ave, has cross walk and light. Follow Atlantic Ave to the entrance of the beach front board walk, is at 40th street
Watch for walkers when entering board walk. Board walk has a designated Bike path
You will turn between the two hotels on Fifth Street continue following path till you come to Pacific Ave.
There is a designated Bike route going over the bridge. Beware, at the other side of the bridge you will need to cross the street at the light. WATCH your SPEED ging down.
On other side of Bridge the street turns into General Booth. After crossing the street (Has crosswalk and light). Continua on General Booth till you come to Dam Neck Road.
Stay on the bike bath paralleling General Booth till you arrive at Dam Neck Road . Beware, this is a bike route, but the sidewalk is very small because the right turn lane. It will widen back out once you pass the shopping center on Dam Neck Road.
At this point you will be retuning on the same bike path.
Double left hand turn lane. Be cautious.

This bike route is mostly on a designated bike route. (other then for TWO times) with little to NO vehicle traffic. There is vehicle traffic and heavy at times, along the street that parallels the bike path. It should not affect you on the ride, other then at cross walks. Most intersections are lighted, press to cross and have cross walks.
