This is a very enjoyable ride however the climb up Carding Mill Valley is extremeley tough and some other climbs are tough but doable. The down hills are your reward, it is not technically demanding but allow 4 hours plus for the ride. Set out from the Co-Op car park safe car parking for £3.00 all day and has good public toilets wher you can get changed.by puddle-rider
