Awesome little Dog Beach
End of Chicago Lake Front Bike Path
Right/North on Kenmore
Left/West on Granville
Right/North on Clark
Clark becomes Chicago Ave
Left/West on Davis (staying on Chicago to Sherdian/Central is also an option)
Right/North on Sherman Ave
Left/West on Central
Right/North on Broadway
Left/West on Isabella
Right/NW on Poplar
Green Bay Trail basically starts right here off of Poplar Dr... follow signs for next few miles
Ravinia... so excellent.
St Johns to the east is a good route up as well, just stay close to the train tracks
Right/East on Illinois Rd, Quick Left onto McKinley Rd
There should be a bike path on the left of McKinley
McKinley becomes Sheridan Rd. Should still be a path on the left
After passing BuckleyRd, take a Left over 137 after Farragut Ave, take a Right/North on Commonwealth
Commonwealth Ave runs right in the McClory Trail
Entering Wisconsin - Kenosha County Bike Trail
Once you get to 89thSt, Bike trail ends into 30thAve
After passing WashRd(142), Right/East on 35th street
Quick Left/North onto Bike Path before 27th ave
At 16thSt, Bike path dumps onto West Blvd. Head North
After WashAv(20), Right/East on Kinzie Ave
Right/West on W.6th St.
Left/North on Memorial Dr.
Right/East on State Street(38).
Quick left onto a bikepath? before Garfield street? Old Train tracks? Might need to ride up to Douglas, head NorthWest and then head try to catch "real" path just a bit further north.
Left/West at 7mile Road
Right/North on Douglas Ave(32)
Douglas Ave becomes Chicago Road(32)
Right/East on Ryan Road, Left/North on 5th Ave
Left/West at at Milwaukee Ave, quick Right/North onto to 6th ave.
Right/South on Hawthorne, quick Left/North onto Lake Dr.
Becomes Lake(32)
Lake Dr becomes Superior St
Right on TEXAS AVE! (Hook'em Horns!) Quick left/North on S. Shore
Left/North on Russel Ave
Right/NorthWest on KinnickinnicAve(32)
Becomes S. 1st St (32)
Right/East on Washington
Left/North on Water St.
Right/East on Pittsburgh/Young(32), Left/North on Milwaukee St
Right/East on Chicago St
Under794, take Left/North on Harbor Dr
Hop onto Bike path across the street in Odonnell Park
Right around HamptonAve, Bike path ends into N. Santa Monica Blvd - Head Right/North
After Clovernook Ln, keep going onto Yates Rd instead of following Santa Monica
Left/East on GreenTree Rd
Right/North on Port Washington Rd
Right/East on HighlandRd
Left/North on Lake Shore Dr
Right/East at Bonniwell Rd, Left/North to Lake Shore Dr.
End of First Day's Ride. ~110 Miles from home. Staying at Family Home (Aunt Jan's)
Right/East on CountyHwy C./Pioneer Rd
Right/North onto CountyHwyC / Lovers Ln
Stay to the right on CountyHwy C.
Becomes S. Division St.
Right/East on Chestnut, Left/North on Wisconsin St, Right/East on Grand(32)
Left/North on Franklin (32/84), Right/East on Jackson (MID MILEAGE POINT OF THE TRIP)
There should be a bike path to the left right before Lake Street
Not sure what happens at Old 141 or I43... bike path goes under? Path should resume at Highland/MinkRanch going North
Bike Path ends at County Road K/Pebble Beach Rd. Take a Right/East
Left/North onto County Hwy LL
County Road LL becomes Sauk Trail Rd
Quick little jump (Right/East) on Wilson Lima road to get under I-43 - Left back onto Sauk Trail
Quick Left/NorthW then a Right/NorthE onto Business Dr/County Hwy OK
Left/West onto WashingtonAve(28)
Right/North Taylor Dr. (Right before I-43)
Right/East onto North Ave.
Left/North onto 15th/LakeShore Dr aka. County Road LS
Right/East on Cleveland Rd, follow to left
Still on LakeShore Dr/ County Hwy LS
Probable stop for the second evening...
Becomes 10th street, right onto Columbus, Left onto 8th (10)
Right/East onto Waldo Blvd (42) turns into Memorial Dr (42)
Turns into Washington St, take a Right onto 17th St
Left/North onto Pierce St/Sandy Bay Rd aka County Hwy O
Quick Left and Quick Right onto Sandy Bay Rd. then another Right onto LakeShore Rd
Hop onto Hwy 42 for a bit North
Right onto Lake View Dr.
Right onto Lake Shore Rd
Hop on to Hwy 42 again North (aka Milwaukee/Main st.)
Right onto Duvall/Lake Shore Dr.
Hop back onto Hwy 42 again North
Becomes 4th Street, right on State, Left on 2nd over bridge, right on Water/Lakeview/County Rd S
Right/East on County Rd. U
Right on S. Lake Michigan Dr
Left on Lake Michigan Dr, Right on Taube Rd (becomes County Rd U.)
Left onto Tacoma Beach Rd.
Cross 42/57 on Oxford, right onto Neenah Ave.
Left at Maple, Right at Madison Ave - into Door County Peninsula
