The way points of this bicycle route:
Start at Ritter's Frozen Custard. Pre-ride fueling is optional.
After passing through Nantucket Landing, turn left on Mandel Dr.
Take a right on E. Spring Valley Pike. Cross into the left turn lane soon; you'll be taking the first left onto Susan Dr.
Turn left onto Clareridge Ln. and follow it until it turns into Bethel Rd., then keep following it.
Turn right onto S. Johanna Dr. Follow it until you come to E. Franklin St.
Turn left onto Franklin, then immediately take a right onto N. Johanna Dr.
As you enter the Tower Heights Middle School parking lot, bear right onto the service road, then take the paved footpath across a short stretch of grass to the end of the street.
Watch out for the pylons at the entrance to the street.
Turn right onto Zengel Dr.
Turn left onto Willowhurst Dr.
Turn right onto E. Alex Bell Rd. (aka SR 725) -- turn into the left lane and prepare for a left onto Loop Rd.
Use caution when riding on SR 48 -- it can be busy at times. There is a descent approaching Fireside Dr., then the road flattens.
Turn right onto N. Village Dr. and follow it as it winds through another subdivision.
Turn left on Marshall Rd. and follow it up a short ascent.
Turn right on Chipplegate Dr.
Turn right onto E. Whipp Rd. Stay to the right as Whipp can be busy at times.
When you see Oak Valley Rd. to the right, you should start moving to the left on Whipp. You'll want to take the next left, which is Glenmina Dr.
Turn left on Glenmina, and follow the street all the way to E. Rahn Rd.
Turn right on Rahn and follow it across Wilmington Pike.
Once across Wilmington Pike, take the second left -- that's Bonnie Rd.
A short jog to the left at Swigart (then right) will put you on Burchdale.
Follow Burchdale across Parklawn and up a short rise.
Turn left on Meadow Park Dr. once you reach the end of Burchdale.
Turn right on Glenheath Dr. and follow it to E. Stroop Rd.
On the other side of Stroop, Glenheath becomes Braddock St. -- keep following it.
At the end of Braddock St., turn left onto La Plata Dr. and follow it to E. Dorothy Ln.
Another short left-right jog. Watch for traffic on Dorothy Ln. -- it's usually quite busy.
Turn right on Purdue Dr.
Turn left on Ghent Av.
Turn right on Glenwood St.
This is where Glenwood St. becomes Bingham Av. -- stay on it until it tees into the frontage road.
Turn right at the "T".
On the other side of Woodman, the frontage road becomes Forrer Blvd.
Turn right on Culver Av. This street is narrow and sometimes there are cars parked on both sides. Use caution.
After crossing Patterson Rd., stay to the right on Ewalt Av.
On the other side of Watervliet Av., the street becomes Kennedy Av.
Turn right on Woodbine Av.
Turn left onto the paved bike path immediately after crossing the train tracks. The path runs parallel to the tracks up to Linden Av.
Cross Linden on the bike path, and pass under Hwy. 35.
The bike path splits here. Be sure to take a hard right instead of going straight. Then follow the path all the way across I-675.
On the other side of 675 is the Gazebo. Before you get there, you'll cross the entrance driveway. This is where you cross Dayton-Xenia Rd. to reach Stedman Ln.
Continue on Stedman.
Turn right on Ranch Dr. and climb a short hill.
At Grange Hall Rd., take a short jog to the left, and an immediate right onto Shadeland Av.
Turn left onto N. Longview St.
Turn left onto Timberline Dr., then follow it until it tees into Forestdale Av.
Turn left onto Forestdale.
Turn right on Eastern Dr.
Turn left on Northern Dr. Follow it around the curves until you reach Matrena Dr.
Left on Matrena Dr., then cross Kemp Rd.
The street is called Meadowcourt Dr. once you cross Kemp. Follow it to Clubside Dr.
Take a left on Clubside, follow it to Eastmoor Dr.
Turn right on Eastmoor Dr. and follow the road -- it will eventually turn into Gerspacher Rd.
Turn left onto Mandarin Dr.
Turn left onto Lakeview Dr. Stay near the center of the road because you'll soon take another left onto Esquire Dr.
Left on Esquire Dr.
Turn left on Commons Blvd.
The route ends here. Fairfield Mall is to your right, and the Acropolis (office park) is to your left.
