Groups and clubs meetup at Centennial Park to launch their early morning rides and finish off there to have a cuppa on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the middle on Dickens Dr. Start at the Lang Rd entry or any other entry point, stir and repeat as necessary, the Grand Drive loop is approx 3.8k so a quick 10 laps should help with what ails you.
