Pretty nice ride. Wizz out of Cardiff town centre. Some nice ups and downs on Llantrisant Rd, tough little climb to Old Llantrisant, nice (mostly downhill) zoom to Ponty. Briefly use the Taff Trail (not the A470 as on the map) until you hit the A468 into Caerphilly. Up Caerphilly Mountain (toughest climb of the ride) then fly down the A469 back to Cardiff.by spillerboy
